1. Inquiry & Discovery

This is our chance to:

  • Answer your questions about how I work.
  • Identify if we’re a great fit to work together.

Timeframe: 15 – 30 minutes Deliverable: Clarity pertaining to next steps

2. Proposal & Agreement

After our call or inquiry, I’ll send you a custom proposal that includes:

  • Detailed scope of work.
  • Timeline & milestones.
  • Pricing & payment terms.
  • Clarify what to expect during our time working together.

Once you approve and sign the agreement, we’ll schedule your kickoff session.

Timeframe: 1 – 3 days Deliverable: Signed contract + deposit invoice

3. Kickoff & Strategy

During out kickoff session, we will complete the following:

  • Talk about your brand, audience, and goals.
  • Discuss project priorities and timelines.
  • Check any materials you’ve submitted via the intake form.
  • Set communication expectations and tools.

This session helps me tailor my approach specifically for you.

Timeframe: 1 – 2 hours Deliverable: Project plan + next steps

4. Work Phase: Build & Create

Now the magic happens! Depending on your project, this phase may include:

  • Writing compelling sales pages, emails, or web copy.
  • Setting up smart systems like Dubsado or Notion.
  • Designing templates or client portals.
  • Testing, revising, and refining deliverables.

You’ll get regular updates and opportunities to provide feedback.

Timeframe: Varies by project Deliverable: Drafts, progress updates, revisions

5. Review & Feedback

I’ll deliver the full project for your review. 

This phase includes:

  • Your review of deliverables.
  • Two rounds of revisions (or as outlined in your package).
  • Final tweaks to make sure everything aligns with your vision.

Timeframe: 1 week (depending on your feedback response time) Deliverable: Final approval

6. Launch & Support

Congratulations — your project is ready to shine!

I’ll do the following:

  • Provide final files and access.
  • Offer launch support or training as needed.
  • Remain available for any follow-up questions.

Timeframe: 1–2 weeks post-launch support Deliverable: Project completion + Client satisfaction 🤩
